  • Poker Tournament Application Form

    The Malta Gaming Authority considers that the Poker Tournament (Locations) Regulations (S.L. 400.04), empowers the Gaming Authority to request any Casino Licensee wishing to organise a poker tournament adjacent to the casino to fill in this form.
  • Qualifying Employment in Innovation and Creativity (Personal Tax)

    This measure facilitates employment of non-residents in roles which are currently not addressed by the local labour market by temporarily easing the tax expenses incurred by such individuals through a fiscal incentive.   • Recognition Notice by the Malta Gaming Authority

    This form is to be filled in by any operator with an EU/EEA licence that wishes to provide its services to Maltese players or Maltese licensees, as required by the Gaming Authorisations Regulations (Cap. 583.05 of the Laws of Malta).
  • Registration Form for a New Account - Licensee Relationship Management System (Malta Gaming Authority)

    This form is to be filled by licensees and prospective applicants in order to register for a user account for the Licensee Relationship Management System
  • Removal of Game Types

    This form is to be filled in by any licensee that requires the surrender of a game type under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations (Cap. 583.05 of the Laws of Malta).
  • Research and Development 2014-2020

    The aim of this incentive is to assist Industrial Research and Experimental Development activities required by industry for the acquisition of knowledge leading to the development of innovative products and solutions. The measure also encourages cooperation between undertakings by providing additional assistance for Industrial Research and/or Experimental Development projects.
  • Share Transfer (Malta Gaming Authority)

    This form needs to be filled in by any licensee that requires a change qualifying shareholding falling under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations (Chapter 583.05 of the Laws of Malta).

    Through this form, licensees are to submit the current and proposed share structure with a list of the new directors and Key persons and the proposed share transfer agreement.
  • Social Causes Fund

    The Social Causes Fund is set under the Gaming Act, Chapter 583 of the Laws of Malta and has the main scope of helping out various individuals, agencies or organisations that have a social, cultural, civil, educational, sport, philanthropic, or religious activity or other deserving causes.

    The Social Causes Fund Committee administers and operates the fund. The Fund generates its income via 3 ways:

    • percentage of the gross sums, fees, duties and, or taxes paid by authorised persons to the Authority;
    • sums as may be paid in terms of any law or private contract or any other legal instrument or document whatsoever, be it domestic, foreign or international, to the Responsible Gaming Fund;
    • other amounts which the Authority is required to credit and pay into the Gaming Fund.

    One can apply for funds after having consulted the guidelines and submitting the relevant application form.

  • Voluntary Licence Suspension under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations

    This form is to be filled in by any licensee that requires a voluntary licence suspension under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations (Cap. 583.05 of the Laws of Malta).

    Through this form, licensees submit all the required documentation to voluntary suspend the licence.
