Registering you Family Business with the office

What you'll get

When you are registered you will get a certificate, and with it you can apply for incentives that are available at the time with our office as per guidelines established.

Eligibility

Three years of incorporation and the shareholding between Family Members, own, whether directly or indirectly, more than eighty per cent (80%) of the issued share capital of the family business.

How to apply

To apply with the office you need to send the Memorandum & Articles of the company or the partnership agreement and the relationship between the shareholders as family members.
