What You'll Get
A family-centred and comprehensive support system for children with developmental disabilities, delays or syndromes, and their families in the first five years of life.
Eligibility
Children up to 5 years of age.
Application Requirements
Fill in the online form and submit.
The referral form is filled by the Head of School or his/her delegate, by the parents/legal guardians, CDAU or any other person that needs to refer a child for this service.
