Additional/Cancellation Form for Exams

Overview

The additional/cancellation form is filled after the candidate applies for Matsec/Edexcel/AQA exams, in case the candidate wishes to cancel or add a subject after the application is submitted.

When the Matsec and Edexcel/AQA timetable are sent to the candidates, the Examinations Department also send a cover letter mentioning that if the candidates have a written paper of different exam boards clash, the candidate needs to fill in the clash form in order to accommodate for both exams to be held.
