Overview
This is an application form intended for companies involved in maintenance and servicing of equipment utilising fluorinated greenhouse gases to register with MCCAA. In this form the company is required to provide information on the VAT number, NACE code, company website and general contact details. The company is also required to identify a principal contact person and include his contact details in the application form, details of certifying body, certificate number, activities covered by certificate and date of certification. The applicant is required to attach copies of the documents mentioned in the application form.
What You'll Get
Once the application form is duly filled in and sent to the Regulatory Affairs Directorate within the MCCAA, the request will be evaluated and if the documentation received is correct MCCAA will proceed to issue a certificate valid for 5 years.

The application form needs to be filled in by companies interested to obtain a certificate to perform maintenance and servicing on equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases.
