Overview
The regulatory framework for the preservation of fertile soil ensures that any activity that may affect soils in registered agricultural parcels is done so diligently and with effective monitoring of such activities by the relevant competent authority.
Through the application a person may request for the clearance for any activities that may effect fertile soil.
What You'll Get
The application will be forwarded to the regulatory unit within the Agriculture Directorate. Inspectors will then go onsite. You will attain clearance or otherwise to carry forward the proposed activities.
Eligibility
Farmers, land owners and any legal persons having their parcels registered in the farmer registry.
