An Internationally Recognized Certificate of Compliance (IRCC) stating that you have accessed genetic resources with the Prior Informed Consent of the provider country and have established Mutually Agreed Terms for their utilization.

Eligibility

This service is applicable to local and/or foreign individuals or corporate bodies that carry out any activity of research and/or development nature on plants, non-human animals, microorganisms of non-human provenance, their biological or biochemical components, that create new insight into the genetic or biochemical characteristics of the genetic resource or which insight is of real or potential benefit to eventual development activities in sectors including applied research, animal or plant breeding, pharmaceutics, medicine, material development, and cosmetics, amongst others.
