Overview
When a beneficiary dies, it must be determined who should take over the deceased person's estate. A notarial declaration is required to provide information on the person who should take over the deceased person's pending application for financial assistance under the EU Common Agricultural Policy.
What You'll Get
The heir will receive payment/s of any pending claims made by the deceased beneficiary.
Eligibility
The notary is to declare who is to receive any payment/s that were due to the deceased applicant.
In the case where there is more than one heir to the estate of the deceased beneficiary, the notary will identify one person who will receive the payment on behalf of the other heirs. Such a declaration must be accompanied by the consent given by the rest of the heirs.
