Overview
In accordance with SL 549.66 Regulation 4(i) (c), a fertiliser plan shall be compiled by a qualified technical advisor as may be approved by the Director, who will also retain a public register of such persons which shall be published on an annual basis.

If the applicant's request is approved by the Director, the applicant will be eligible to issue fertilizer plans to the farmers.
Eligibility
Every person/entity interested in offering technical consultancy services with regard to the provisions of fertiliser plans in accordance with SL 549.66 Regulation 4 (i)(c).
