Notification for the Introduction of Plant/Plant Material form EU Countries (For the General Public)

Overview

This form is to be used by persons/entities importing any plant/plant material from the EU, and who are required to complete this form as a means of notifying the Directorate of the arrival of plant material at least 48 hours prior to the entry of the consignment in Malta.

Entry of plants and plant products arriving in Malta as per L.N. 97/2004 Regulation 14(a).
