Overview
Council Regulation 1308/2013 and Commission Regulation 891/2007 and 892/2017 lay down the provisions for recognition and governance of Producer Groups and Producer Organisations. The scope is to establish an organisation recognised under the EU legsilative framework for farmers to team up and pool in resources and capacities for better econmies and environmental sustainability.
What You'll Get
Recognition certificate registered a seperate legal entity with the ability to perform actions within the Organisations/Group remit.
Eligibility
All farmers and Cooperatives who wish to become New Groups or Producers Organisations.
