  • Declaration of Interest for Research in the Land Archives Farmer's Registry

    The application is mandatory to form the type of information needed, along with the mandatory ownership documents which must be submitted with the application form to substantiate the request.
  • Declaration of Wine and/or Must Production

    A declaration of wine production made throughout the year by wineries.
  • Declaration of Wines and/or Musts Stocks

    Annual declaration of wine stocks held at wineries.
  • EU Financial Assistance Bank Payment (For Local Payments)

    Anyone eligible to receive EU financial assistance under the Common Agricultural Policy will receive relative payments directly in his/her bank account. No other means of payment are allowed. Therefore, when one submits an application for such EU funds, s/he must also provide bank details.
  • Export Licence or Advance Fixing Certificate - AGREX (AGRicultural EXports)

    A licence that allows a Malta-based exporter to export agricultural produce to non-EU countries.
  • Farm Advisory Service (FAS) Registration

    The objective of the Farm Advisory Service (FAS) is to assist farmers and investor breeders by providing professional advice. If the entity wants to be registered as a Farm Advisory Service, the Farm Advisory Service Registration Board will assess applications for recognition and inclusion of the list of entities which meet the requirements.
  • Farm Advisory Service (FAS) Status Report

    Any Farm Advisory Service (FAS) must compile a status report every 6 months and submit it by not later than 1 December and 1 June of each year.
  • Farmers' Register Access

    Personalised web-based access to the Land Parcel Identification System (IACS).
  • Financial Identification for Payments Related to EU Funds

  • Force Majeure Cases Request

    Force Majeure relates to unforseeable circumstances that prevent someone from fulfilling a control or obligation, such as health, death of trees, livestock, land taken by owner or for public use. In such cases, farmers may request an exemption from certain obligations.
