  • Farm Advisory Service (FAS) Registration

    The objective of the Farm Advisory Service (FAS) is to assist farmers and investor breeders by providing professional advice. If the entity wants to be registered as a Farm Advisory Service, the Farm Advisory Service Registration Board will assess applications for recognition and inclusion of the list of entities which meet the requirements.
  • Farm Advisory Service (FAS) Status Report

    Any Farm Advisory Service (FAS) must compile a status report every year and submit it by not later than 31st December of each year.

  • Farmers' Register Access

    Personalised web-based access to the Land Parcel Identification System (IACS).
  • Financial Identification for Payments Related to EU Funds

    Anyone eligible to receive EU financial assistance under the Common Agricultural Policy will receive relative payments directly in his/her bank account. No other means of payment are allowed. Therefore, when one submits an application for such EU funds, s/he must also provide bank details.
  • Force Majeure Cases Request

    Force Majeure relates to unforseeable circumstances that prevent someone from fulfilling a control or obligation, such as health, death of trees, livestock, land taken by owner or for public use. In such cases, farmers may request an exemption from certain obligations.
  • Land Contestation Form by Contestant

    Applicant requesting to register land parcels found to be already registered on third parties in the Land Parcel Identification System (LPIS) must file a contestation.
  • Land Contestation Form by Registered Farmer

    This form is used by the registered farmer when a contestation is presented by a client.
  • Maltese National Programme for Apiculture (2020 - 2022)

    Application for measures to improve the conditions for the production and market of apiculture products.
  • Notification for the Introduction of Plant/Plant Material form EU Countries (For the General Public)

    This form is to be used by persons/entities importing any plant/plant material from the EU, and who are required to complete this form as a means of notifying the Directorate of the arrival of plant material at least 48 hours prior to the entry of the consignment in Malta.
  • Objections to Reductions or Penalties imposed by the Agriculture and Rural Payments Agency (ARPA)

    An applicant may object to the penalties or payments issued by the Agriculture and Rural Payments Agency (ARPA) in relation to direct and area aid schemes.
