The National Water Conservation Campaign will be investing in improving the water use efficiency in several farms with the aim of showcasing the measurable reduction in the annual water demand than can potentially be achieved by the sector.

What you'll get

Funding to improve water use efficiency, such as the improvement of the irrigation system, soil moisture sensors, rehabilitation works for rainwater harvesting reservoirs etc.


Eligible applicants must be the owners of the property where the installation is taking place, registered as full-time farmers, have a minimum holding size of 0.5 hectares and have at least two water suppliers from the following: registered and metered borehole, rainwater harvesting reservoir and/or access to New Water.
