Eligibility
General eligibility criteria:
- A valid and active e-ID account issued by Identità Malta; or
- Document Number indicated in Call Letter
Application Requirements
Once the claimant receives a Call Letter issued by the Department of Social Security, the Submit Documents service may be accessed.
