For a new broadcasting station, arrangements have to be made with the service providers – Melita and GO plc.
What You'll Get
TV applicants will receive a television licence which could be strictly a teleshopping licence.
Eligibility
A TV licence may only be awarded to a company regularly incorporated in Malta in accordance with the Companies Act.
Application Requirements
Upload the application on the Malta Communications Authority's website.
Following approval by MCA please print/upload application form on http://www.ba-malta.org/licence-applications and send, together with an application fee of €€5,823, to the:
