Overview
Satellite uplink services are licensed by the Malta Communications Authority (MCA). Information on the applicable licence fees is contained in Annex 1 of the application form by MCA.
What You'll Get
After the Broadcasting Authority approves the application, a licence to operate a satellite TV station is issued. The licence is usually valid for 4 years.
Eligibility
A satellite TV licence may only be awarded to a company regularly incorporated in Malta in accordance with the Companies Act.

Upload the application on the Malta Communications Authority's website.
Following approval by MCA please print/upload application form on http://www.ba-malta.org/licence-applications and send, together with an application fee of €1,000, to the:
