Overview
Operators are obliged to submit GR1 and GR2 forms on a yearly basis. GR1 forms convey projected revenues while GR2 forms are accompanied with an audit report which confirm the actual revenue of a particular year.
What You'll Get
The submission of GR1 will be the landmark for the Malta Communication Authority (MCA) to calculate the provisional authorisation fees and the fees for Scarce Resources. GR2 forms of Operators will provide the basis for MCA to calculate the actual charge to each undertaker and in the eventuality a credit note or additional invoice will be issued to correct the annual charge.
