Carriage of Passengers Operating Licence for Road Transport

Overview

This form provides online users the ability to apply/renew their Carriage of Passengers Operating Licence (CPOL). Every Operator's Licence is due for verification of documents every 5 years. Each operator must compile this form to initiate the verification process.

Eligibility

Existing operator licence holders with valid requisites, good conduct, and financial standing. The manager must be a holder of the Certification of Professional Competence (CPC).

How to apply

Fill in the online form and submit.

The following documents are to submitted together with the relative forms:
i) CPOL A1/A2/CPOLZ1/CPOLZ2.
ii) In the case of a company a Police conduct for each director is required. If the manager is not the operator or director, a Police conduct is required. If the authorised representative/s is not the manager or director a police conduct is also required.
