Overview

Any person whose normal residence is outside Malta but who comes to Malta under a work contract, is entitled to bring over his/her personal motor vehicle and drive it in Malta, without the need to register it in Malta and pay vehicle registration tax thereon.

  4. Copy of vehicle insurance certificate
  5. Copy of road licence
  6. Notice of Arrival

For STUDENTS 1-6 together with the below:

  1. Details of studies, duration of the Course being / to be followed
  2. Declaration from educational institution being / to be attended

For WORKERS 1-6 together with the below:

  1. JOBSPLUS Work Permit
  2. Copy of Employment Contract
