How to apply

Print and fill in the form and send to:
Transport Malta
Land Transport Directorate
A3 Towers
Triq l-Arkata
Paola PLA 1212

Together with:
i) List of heirs from a lawyer/notary (ages to be stated).
ii) No objection in writing, from all heirs who are over 18 years of age (witnessed by a lawyer/notary).
iii) Cancellation of Regulation 26 if vehicle was bought on hire purchase terms.
iv) Valid insurance certificate in the name of the applicant.
