Grant Payable to Gozitan Resident Students Following Full-Time Courses in Malta

Overview

Students’ resident in Gozo who are following full-time courses in Malta can apply for a Government subsidy. Each student will be required to complete a form and submit necessary documents at the beginning of each academic year.

What you'll get

This subsidy is offered by the Ministry for Gozo to Gozo residents who are following full-time courses in Malta. The subsidy is issued monthly from October to June, in the amount of €280 per month

Eligibility

Who is Eligibile

Students’ resident in Gozo who are following full-time courses in Malta at the University of Malta, the Institute of Tourism Studies, MCAST and courses under the Malta Government Undergraduate Scheme. This subsidy is also given to Gozitan students attending private institutions for higher education in Malta.

Who is not Eligible

Gozo residents who are following part-time courses in Malta. Gozo residents who are following full-time courses in Malta that are also being offered in Gozo. Students who are following courses by research. Students who do not attend the institute where they are following their course on a regular basis. Anyone whose main residence is not in Gozo.
