This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced ICT professional to support the Agency’s strategic direction through technology, digital transformation, innovation and cybersecurity. The Head (ICT) will oversee key ICT projects, systems, governance, business continuity and information security, while working closely with Senior Management, Government entities, MITA and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery. The role also involves promoting the responsible use of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and automation, and providing strategic ICT advice to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management.
