Overview
The Malta Gaming Authority considers that the Poker Tournament (Locations) Regulations (S.L. 400.04), empowers the Gaming Authority to request any Casino Licensee wishing to organise a poker tournament adjacent to the casino to fill in this form.
What you'll get
Upon successful review of the application process, the applicant will be awarded with a poker tournament approval which is valid for not more than 15 days. However, an approval may be issued by the Gaming Authority (GA) to an existing Licensee.
Eligibility
In order to be eligible for a poker tournament licence, an applicant must be a Casino Licensee and the Gaming Authority.
