Seafarers who are eligible for a Certificate of Proficiency in ship security, designated security or security awareness.
How to apply
Fill in the online form and submit together with:
i) Passport/National ID Card/Seaman Book (showing personal details of Applicant as per those entered on the Application form).
ii) Passport size colour photograph (name written on reverse side).
iii) Documentary evidence of seagoing service.
iv) Course completion certificate.
v) Processing fee of €23 and courier delivery fee if applicable.
