DL - Driving Licence under Category C (Learner's Permit)

Overview

A person who needs to apply for a learner's permit under Category C (Vans) must fill in this application.

You will get a driving licence learner permit.

Eligibility

Any citizen who is over 18 years old for Categories C1 and C1E , and 21 years old for Categories C and CE.

Where a person holds a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC), the minimum age shall be 19 years old for Categories C and CE.
