Irrevocable De-Registration and Export Request Authorisation for Aircrafts

Overview

Article 13(2) of the Aircraft Registration Act, 2010 and Article XII of the Protocol to the Cape Town Convention (as represented in Article 25 of the First Schedule to the Aircraft Registration Act, 2010) provides for the Irrevocable Authorisation to De-Register Aircraft (IDERA) by the registered owner to a third party.
