How to apply
Fill in the online form and submit together with:
i) When applying for the first sitting the applicant shall send a copy of the ID Card (both sides) or a copy of the passport certified as a true copy by the Head of Training/authorised signatory of the FTO/RF.
ii) Applications received later than 21 days before the examination date may not be accepted.
iii) Section 2 must be completed by the Head of Training/Authorised signatory of the FTO/RF for all subjects.
iv) Use this form only for the JAR-FCL Private Pilot Licence (Aeroplane) Theoretical Knowledge Examinations.
