Overview

Enables applicants to notify the Animal Health and Welfare Department of veterinary medicinal products that will be placed on the Maltese market and that are are authorised through the centralised procedure

Veterinary wholesale dealers and market authorisation holders.

How to apply

Fill in the online form and submit.

Required documents:
i) Proof of payment
ii) Curriculum Vitae of Qualified Person
iii) Copies of the most recently approved labelling, Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC) and Package Information Leaflet (PIL)
iv) Letter of access from Market Authorisation Holders (MAH) (if applicable)
