This form is used by any individual or companies/business entities with the intention of installing and/or changing an engine on a small ship registered with the Small Ships Register.

Eligibility
In order to apply for an installation or a change of engine/s of a small ship, the individual must present an identification document and all the relevant documentation and certification of both the small ships in question which must have a valid registration with the Small Ships register.
