Overview
The GrowthLab scheme is an initiative of the Malta Digital Innovation Authority (MDIA, part of the DiHubMT project, which supports digital transformation, innovation, and capacity-building among enterprises.
The scheme is aimed at companies, partnerships, and self-employed persons seeking expert guidance to strengthen their business capabilities and scale their operations.
What you'll get
Scheme beneficiaries may receive up to 20 hours of consultancy support by selecting one or two of the following service areas:
Legal Consultancy
Economic Consultancy
Management Consultancy
Marketing Consultancy
Each selected consultancy stream provides 10 hours of advisory support tailored to the applicant's business needs. Consultancy services are advisory in nature and do not include implementation services.
Eligibility
Who Can Apply?
Applications may be submitted by authorised representatives of:
Limited Liability Companies
Partnerships
Self-employed persons
Applicants must demonstrate that their undertaking is innovative and/or technology-driven and provide information about their business activities and consultancy requirements.
Supporting Documents
The following documents must be uploaded:
De Minimis Declaration Form
Company/Partnership Registration Certificate or Jobsplus Employment History (for self-employed persons)
VAT Registration Certificate or NSO Business Register Confirmation showing the undertaking's NACE classification
How to apply
Log in using eID or eIDAS.
Complete the application form.
Describe your business activities and innovation focus.
Select up to two consultancy service areas and explain your consultancy needs.
Upload the required supporting documents.
Submit the application and receive a confirmation email with a reference number.
MDIA will review the application and notify applicants of the outcome. Additional information may be requested during the review process.
