Booking of a GISAP Facility

Overview

This service allows users to book sports and recreational facilities available at the Gozo Indoor Sports and Aquatic Pavilion (GISAP) online through the GISAP website. Users can select the required facility, date, time and duration and complete the reservation by making the applicable online payment.

What you'll get

Following successful payment, the facility reservation is confirmed and the user receives an email containing the booking information and the QR Code associated with the reservation.

Eligibility

Users must log in to the GISAP website using e-ID or a social account to make an online facility booking.

During the booking process, users are required to:

Select the required facility;
Select the booking date and start time;
Select the duration;
Specify the number of persons attending;
Verify their personal details;
Select the applicable user category, where required;
Accept the GISAP Terms and Conditions.

Certain facilities and user categories are subject to specific booking conditions and restrictions.

How to apply

Visit the GISAP website and log in using e-ID or a social account.
Select Book Now and choose the required facility.
Select Make Reservation.
Enter the required reservation details, including the date, start time, duration and number of persons attending.
Verify the personal details.
Select the appropriate user category, where applicable, and accept the GISAP Terms and Conditions.
Add the reservation to the shopping cart.
Proceed to checkout and complete the online payment.

Following successful payment, the reservation will be confirmed and the booking details will be sent via email.
