Together with the following documents:
i) All flying logbooks. The logbooks must be certified as correct at the last appropriate entry by the Chief Flying Instructor or Head of Training of the Registered Facility/FTO responsible for the course of training.
ii) Licence (if applicable).
iii) Evidence of identity (ID Card/Passport) – A photocopy is acceptable if certified by Head of Training at RF/FTO.
Failure to submit all documents may lead to a delay in processing the application. "
