Door-to-Door Sales (Form H)

Overview

This form secures a licence in order to provide or supply any type of goods or services (in connection with commercial activities listed in Part I of Schedule I) by means of a doorstep contract, whether the offer is unsolicited by the person to whom it is made, or is solicited by the latter person in response to any advertisement, but does not include vendors of foodstuffs and beverages who sell their goods from door-to-door.

Licence will be issued within a maximum of 5 working days.

Eligibility

Natural persons and commercial companies or partnerships.

How to apply

Fill in the online form and submit.

Please attach the following documents:
i) Copy of passport ore resident permit certificate (if applicant is not of Maltese nationality).
ii) A board resolution signed by the company secretary authorising the applicant to represent the company.
iii) Payment of €50 to made payable to the Director General, Commerce Department.
