Overview
The Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) regulates the environmental impact of enterprises handling VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) solvents. To this effect such facilties require an operational permit from ERA as the regulator.
What you'll get
Site operations at the industrial facilities handling VOC-solvents will be issued with an operational permit in order to be compliant with applicable environment legislation, therefore limiting and controlling the impacts on the environment.
Eligibility
Local and/or foreign individuals or corporate bodies operating installations handling VOC-solvents in Malta and Gozo as described here.
