Fill in the online form and submit.
Required documents:
i) A site plan (1:250).
ii) Curriculum Vitae of Responsible Person (RP).
iii) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
iv) Premises plan (1:100).
v) Proposed layout of storage and dispatching areas.
vi) Police conduct of applicant.
vii) Planning authority permit for a store.
viii) Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) Licence.
ix) Memorandum and articles of company (If the applicant is representing a company), if applicable.
x) Proof of payment of the applicable fee.
