Overview
A person who intends to obtain an approval according EU Reg 853/2004 to operate a freezer, factory or reefer vessel must fill this application form and submit to VRD together with supporting document listed on the same application form.
What you'll get
The application is evaluated. If it is correctly filled in and all the supporting document are attached and correct, the applicant is contacted in order to plan and carry out an on site visit.
