Movement and/or Export from National Territory Declaration

Overview

The form is a signed declaration by the exporter of personal goods, confirming that said personal goods do not include items of cultural heritage value, including works of art, antiques or archaeological artifacts.

What you'll get

The Superintendence receives a stated commitment from the exporter, that items of cultural heritage value are not being removed from Malta.

Eligibility

The declaration is to be compiled by the exporter of personal items or his/her representative.
