Construction Notification

Overview

The client for whom construction works are to be carried out is to appoint a Project Supervisor as per Article 3(1) of LN 88 of 2018. The Project Supervisor is duly bound to send a notification to the Occupational Health and Safety Authority (OHSA) as per Article 5 of same legislation when work is scheduled to last longer than 30 working days, and on which more than 20 workers are occupied simultaneously, or on which the volume of work is scheduled to exceed five hundred person-days.

Eligibility

All clients for whom construction works are to be carried out are legally bound to appoint a Project Supervisor as per Article 3(1) of LN 88 of 2018. The Project Supervisor is duly bound to send a notification to OHSA as per Article 5 of same legislation when work is scheduled to last longer than 30 working days, and on which more than 20 workers are occupied simultaneously, or on which the volume of work is scheduled to exceed five hundred person-days.

This form is to reach OHSA at least 4 weeks before work starts.
