This form secures a licence to act as an Auctioneer, once approved by the Auctioneers Board.
What you'll get
The licence will be issued within a maximum of 10 days.
Eligibility
Natural persons and commercial companies or partnerships.
How to apply
Fill in the online form and submit.
Please attach the following documents:
i) Police Conduct Certificate.
ii) Copy of passport or residence permit certificate (if applicant is not of Maltese nationality).
iii) Board Resolution signed by the Company Secretary authorising the applicant to represent the company.
iv) Cheque of €200 made payable to the Director General, Commerce Department and €40 per annum if Licence is issued.
