VEH039 - Declaration of Lost Documents and Request for Re-Issue

Overview

The VEH 39 (Declaration Form) application provides the general public with a service to declare lost items related to their vehicle, driving documents, and tags. Following application approvals and client’s payment, Transport Malta can re-issue the lost document/s.

What you'll get

Reprint of either:

1.    Driving licence.
2.    Vehicle number plate/s.
3.    Registration certificate / logbook of vehicle.
4.    Vehicle road licence.
5.    Driver Tags.
