DL - Driving Licence under Category D (Learner's Permit)

Overview

A person who needs to apply for a learner’s permit under Category D (coach/minibus/bus) must fill in this application.

You will get a driving licence learner permit.

Eligibility

Any citizen who is over 21 years old for Categories D1 and D1E, and 24 years old for Categories D and DE.

Where a person holds a certificate of professional competence, the minimum age shall be as follows: D1 and D1E – 20 years old and for D and DE 21 years old
