Overview
This is an application form for the approval of lifts that do not conform to Schedule I, Section 2.2, of the Lifts Regulations, LN 231. It only applies to those lifts that do not have the necessary height of pit and/or headroom prior to their installation.
What you'll get
Derogation is issued in case of a justified reason and no other possible alternative exists.
