Overview
The purpose of Form LC1 is to expedite the application process for Regional and Local Councils requesting
A) Information on Government Property (including availability and Administration of Government Property)
B) Request for the Administration of Government Immovable Property (Devolution)
C) Notification to Lands Authority prior the submittal of a Development Application
Local Councils are to use Form LC1 instead of Form GOV1
What you'll get
Local Councils obtain information whether property is Government owned; Obtain administration rights of Government property; obtain clearance prior to Development applications with Planning Authority. Applications are subject to approval.
