What you'll get

You will be able to report and go through various steps even to check if you have problems with your meter or not, if you do have a problem with your meter you can report by filling in the e-form.

Eligibility

Any individual can apply and fill in this e-form.

How to apply

Click the Apply button
Complete the steps given whether the smart meter is switched on or off, and choose yes or no accordingly.
If the smart meter is on check what text is being displayed
If your smart meter is off, check whether your street is affected by ongoing maintenance.
The last step is to fill in the form and upload the file.
Click the Submit button
