Identity cards may now be collected from Servizz.gov centres

Persons applying for a new identity card now have the choice that, once their ID is ready, they can collect the new document at the closest Servizz.gov regional centre.

The initiative is part of two new services that Aġenzija Servizz.gov is offering to the public.

The agency said that the applicant will be requested to present the old ID card when collecting the new one, or the ID9 or ID5 form in case of new applicants or a lost identity card.

Servizz.gov also announced that Project Green will join the offered services from Freephone Servizz.gov 153. In this way, the public may phone this freephone in case of questions, requests for information or suggestions related with current or future projects by Project Green.
