Monthly Players' Liabilities & Tax Report (Malta Gaming Authority)

Overview

This form needs to be filled in by each licensee falling under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations (Chapter 583.05 of the Laws of Malta). Through this form, licensees are to report all players liabilities, jackpot liabilities, funds held in Clients' Accounts as well as funds in transit. Dormant funds and tax dues are also reported through this form.

If there are any changes in the information provided in this form, it is the applicant’s responsibility to advise the Authority immediately. Failure to do so could result in suspension or revocation of the relevant licence.
