Eligibility

Allocation of Industrial Space is limited to qualifying enterprises requiring such space for eligible activities as defined by the Business Promotion Act.

Applicants must not have any dues related to VAT, Income Tax, and Social Security.

How to apply

Applications must be submitted through the Corporation’s client portal which may be accessed here

The following documents are required;
- Latest three (3) tax returns
- Plan Layout (Scale 1:100)
- Copy of ID or passport of main promoter
- Bank reference
- Incorporation Documents; Partnership Contract
