Declaration Go Live Date

Overview

The form is to be filled in by Licensees to inform the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) of the date when the Licensee intends to start operating (Go Live). It should be completed by the Licensee’s Key person and sent to the MGA within 30 days of the issuance of the licence.

Eligibility

Licensees are required to submit this form to inform the Malta Gaming Authority of the date when the Licensee intends to start effectively operating.

How to apply

Fill in the online form and submit.

This Form should be completed within 30 days of the issuance of the Licence and 5 working days prior to go live.

The Licensee shall ensure that all equipment is tagged by the Authority prior to submitting the form. The Licensee shall also ensure that any applicable licence conditions and/or requirements have been complied with, prior to the submission of this declaration.
