Overview
This form serves as a notification of biocidal products containing active substances which are still under review in accordance with the transitional measures stipulated in Article 89 of the Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR, Regulation (EU) 528/2012) and LN 348 of 2013.
What you'll get
After the evaluation of the documents, provided by the applicant, has been completed, and if the documents are satisfactory, a receipt of notification certificate is issued in both English and Maltese to the applicant.
Eligibility
This form needs to be filled in by persons making available biocidal products, containing active substances, which are still under review, in the context of Regulation (EU) No 528/2012, on the Maltese market.
